We still need the official word from the carrier before we can mark this as final, however a recently leaked screen capture shows that Bell will be releasing the LG Optimus G smartphone in mid-November. The release is pegged for the same day as Telus, which is November 13. The interesting part here, Telus has already offered the official confirmation. In addition, Rogers will also be launching the handset and has already begun accepting pre-orders.

Simply put, Bell customers should be able to grab the LG Optimus G on November 13. We have yet to see anything in terms of the pricing for Bell, however Rogers has the handset going for $129.99 on a three-year agreement. We would expect Bell to offer something similar, but then again, we have seen stranger things in the past.
Otherwise, the LG Optimus G is an LTE handset and will bring goodies such as a 4.7-inch (1280 x 768) touchscreen, NFC, a thickness of just 8.45mm, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera and Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Finally, while a specific timeframe wasn’t given, LG previously stated that the Optimus G would be updated to Jelly Bean in early next year.
So, how about it, any Bell customers looking forward to seeing the LG Optimus G?
